Here at The Therapy Revolution we know that valuing yourself is of paramount importance. Sometimes it can be challenging to believe that you are special or important, maybe because you are not where you want to be in life or you are struggling with an issue or you feel everyone else is more sorted than you are. But ultimately, the more you value yourself the more you can make use of your skills and your potential.
As part of providing you with free resources to develop yourself we are starting off by linking you through to The Self-Worth Challenge. This is a free resource, written by myself, to enable you to work through, step-by-step different aspects to help you develop your sense of value in this world.
This series can be used by anyone who wants to understand more about themselves and consider their value. It consists of seven parts with each containing some discussion and thoughts on each topic followed by a few questions or an activity. These are designed to help you consider your own self-worth and take the next step to strengthening this all important aspect of your life. As you will see from the comments below each article many people have already used it and found it useful.
